The Moniten Hotel Bangkok is the first five star hotel in Bangkok when it opened in 1967. Today is undergoing full renovation lead by the team at Conduit House, reviving the original. The hotel consists of 500 rooms, award winning food and beverage and gracious Thai hospitality.

Alila villas Maldives

The Alila Villas resort is located on two private islands in the Raa Atoll in Maldives. The two island, Kothaifaru and Kuroshigiri are established and entirely natural, with dense vegetation in the centre and a pristine white sand beach.

The resort will consist of 44 beach villas and 36 over water villas, three food and beverage outlets, pool, spa, dive centre, event space games room and kids pavilion. Additionally, there will be an unique private island offering indoor and outdoor dining as well as events space.

The 72,500sqm site is located just 5 minutes from Hanazono, and sits on one of the best quality hot springs in the region.
